By booking an appointment with Ranis Beauty Lounge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
• All booking fees/deposits are non-refundable.
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced, charged a late fee or appointment cancelled depending on availability.
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
• Patch tests are required for applicable treatments and it is the client’s responsibility to book these where advised.
• Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
• Results and treatment retention may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Ranis Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment where deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.
